Reporting a repair

Non-emergency repairs

You can report all non-emergency repairs in the following ways:

Report online

  • calling us on 01453 766 321
  • emailing property.care@stroud.gov.uk
  • texting us on 07984 442968 and starting your text with the word REPAIRS

When reporting a repair, please give us as much information as possible about the problem you are reporting.

Repair response times

Our repair categories and target response times are:

  • Emergencies, including out of hours emergencies - 24 hours
  • Urgent repairs - 5 working days
  • Routine repairs - 28 working days
  • Long-term repairs - 84 working days
