Independent Living Hubs

Our Independent Living Hubs are vibrant, welcoming community spaces that support people aged 55+ to live independently, stay active and remain connected to their local community.

Across seven hubs, we offer a wide range of activities, events and wellbeing opportunities that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, reduce social isolation, and encourage meaningful social connections. From exercise classes and coffee mornings to creative activities, guest speakers, digital support and community events, there is something for everyone.

Working in partnership with health professionals, Adult Social Care, charities, and local community organisations, we help people access activities, build confidence, and maintain their independence. We welcome referrals from professionals who recognise the positive impact that social connection, community participation, and wellbeing support can have on quality of life.

More than just places to attend activities, our hubs bring people together to build friendships, access support, share skills and feel part of a welcoming and inclusive community. Through strong partnerships, volunteers, and community involvement, we help people stay connected, independent, and empowered to live well for longer.
