Enabling Officers

Our Enabling Officers work closely with residents to promote independence, wellbeing and community participation. They provide advice, signposting and support which can help residents access services and opportunities that enable them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Independent Living Assistants

Independent Living Assistants provide valuable administrative and practical support across the service. This includes welcoming new residents through the induction process, ensuring they have the information they need to settle into their new home and community. They also coordinate the booking and management of guest rooms, enabling family and friends to stay close to residents when visiting. Their role helps ensure residents receive a positive experience from the moment they move into one of our schemes.
