Site Officer Duties

Site Officers duties include:

• Day to day running of the scheme
• Cleaning communal areas
• Maintaining the communal grounds
• Dealing with Health & Safety issues, compliance and hazards
• Reporting communal repair issues
• Light Maintenance

Site officers play an important role in ensuring our schemes remain safe, secure and well maintained. They undertake regular inspections of communal areas, identify and report repairs, monitor health and safety requirements and help maintain the welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
