Parking

Car parking is free of charge for residents visiting Ebley Mill during office hours and for Council meetings (see below).

Meeting / training events attendees

Parking is available in the Ebley Wharf Car Park, situated on the approach to Ebley Mill.  This is a pay and display car park, accepting coins, card and pay- by- phone payments. 

Attendees should not park in surrounding streets.  Alternative free public car parks are available a short walk from Ebley Mill (Victory Park and Cainscross Car Parks).  Please check prior to travel.

Council meetings

Anyone can attend our council meetings. Visit our Council Meetings section to find the dates and agendas for all council meetings. Alternatively, meetings are also recorded and published on our website. Limited free parking spaces are available in the visitor car park at the front of the Council building. Alternative pay and display parking is available in the nearby area (see above).

Access for all

The Council's offices are located in a refurbished listed Grade II former woollen mill at Ebley, two miles west of Stroud centre. The Mill has been fully adapted for disabled visitors with the following adaptations:

• Automatic doors at the main reception entrance and that of the civic accommodation
• Braille and tactile signs for visually impaired
• Lift access to all floors
• Accessible toilets on all floors
• Accessible parking at both entrances
• Lowered kerbs at disabled parking points at the front of the building.
