CIL Reporting
Stroud District Council as CIL Charging Authority must publish an annual report by the 31st December to show collection and expenditure for the past financial year. This is a regulatory requirement under the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended).
Year 2: 2018/19 Financial Year
Year 3: 2019/20 Financial Year
Year 4: 2020/21 Financial Year
Year 5: 2021/22 Financial Year
Year 6: 2022/23 Financial Year
Year 7: 2023/24 Financial Year
Year 8: 2024/25 Financial Year
Annual CIL Reports are available for a 7 year retention period, to ensure compliance with financial regulations and the Limitation Act 1980.
