Public Spaces Protection Orders (including dog fouling)

The Public Spaces Protection Orders concerning dog control within Stroud District Council, which were previously adopted, have been extended for an additional 3 years starting on October 18th, 2023. The requirements of these Orders remain unchanged. The Orders are as follows:

• The Fouling Of Land By Dogs Public Spaces Protection Order (Extension 2023) (482 KB)
• The Dogs On Leads Public Spaces Protection Order (Extension 2023) (373 KB)
• The Dogs On Leads By Direction Public Spaces Protection Order (Extension 2023) (370 KB)
