In order to make sure we are Covid Compliant and reduce the risk of transmission, we are encouraging people to continue to do as much as they can online or over the phone. But, if it becomes clear during our conversation that we need to see you, a face-to-face appointment will be made. We ask that only one resident attends the appointment, unless accompanied by a carer or support worker. Again, this is for everyone’s safety.
