Resident engagement refers to the active involvement of tenants and leaseholders in the decision-making processes that affect their housing and community services. This engagement is crucial for Stroud District Council as it helps us understand our residents' needs and preferences, leading to improved service delivery and greater satisfaction.

Why Get Involved!
There are lots of ways for you to get involved and have real influence on the types of services we provide and the role we play in your community. Your views matter to us and there are a number of ways in which you can have your say or get involved.

We have been working hard to help create new 'Working groups' for any Tenant or Leaseholder that would like to get involved. We have created these groups to make it so that there is something for everyone.
We are currently working on a new 'Rewards System' to help thank our involved tenants for the hard work they continuously put in. Once we have finalised this, we will be releasing this to our involved tenants and it will come into effect instantly.
