Tenant Satisfaction Measures
TSM Results and Reports
In line with the Social Housing Act 2024, Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) have been introduced as a way of measuring performance against the consumer standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing. The aim of publishing the Tenant Satisfaction Measures mean our performance is more visible to tenants so they can hold us to account. Stroud District Council conducts it’s annual TSM survey every autumn. The TSMS are aimed at capturing SDC residents views on on a range of subjects including:
- Your home
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Communication
- Neighbourhood
- Complaints
- Overall satisfaction
The results have to be submitted to the Housing Regulator by the end of June each year. The results of other councils to a similar size of Stroud are on display, this give you the opportunity to compare how well we (your landlord) is performing in relation to other landlords.
