If the progress of your development has been directly impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and you are having difficulty meeting your CIL payment arrangements, please contact us by email at the earliest opportunity to discuss any options that may be available to you.

The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is a charge on new development to help fund supporting infrastructure across the Stroud district. Stroud District Council adopted CIL in February 2017 followed by implementation on 01/04/2017.
