Our Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct outline how our tenant involvement working groups operate and what we expect from everyone who takes part. They set a clear framework for how we work together, how decisions are made and the roles and responsibilities of all members.
These guidelines are in place to support a positive, respectful and inclusive environment where tenants feel listened to and able to contribute with confidence. They reflect our shared commitment to working collaboratively to influence decisions and represent the wider tenant voice.
All group members are asked to understand and follow these principles, helping to ensure that our involvement activities are fair, transparent, and effective for everyone involved.
Before joining, all Involved Tenants will be asked to sign the Code of Conduct, showing their commitment to working respectfully and positively with others.
