Your new home will be:
- Clean and in good decorative order
- In good repair*
- Secure and safe
and will have a:
- A supply of electricity and water
- Supply of gas where applicable
- Fully functioning kitchen with adequate storage
- Bathroom with a wash basin, toilet and either a bath or shower
*if you agree, some minor repairs may be completed after you move in
