When do I pay my rent?

Your rent is due weekly (Mondays) and should be paid in advance to help keep your account up to date. 

When you sign up for your tenancy, we ask that you pay one month's rent in advance. Once your tenancy begins, continuing to pay your rent in advance can help protect you from falling into arrears if your circumstances change unexpectedly. If an affordability assessment carried out before sign-up shows that paying a month's rent in advance would be difficult, your Housing Officer will work with you to discuss the support available and help you find a manageable solution.
