A Landscape Sensitivity Assessment was commissioned to support the 2017 Strategic Assessment of Land Availability (SALA)

The 2016 Landscape Sensitivity Assessment looks at landscape parcels adjacent to the District's main settlements. Part 1 includes a summary of each settlement's landscape sensitivity and identifies whether there is a preferred direction for future growth, should it be needed, in landscape terms. Part 2 consists of maps and detailed assessments of individual land parcels around each settlement (settlements are ordered alphabetically).
