Bins, rubbish and recycling
Service Update: Waste and recycling collectionsWith our partner Ubico, we’re doing everything we can to make sure we collect your waste and recycling throughout the pandemic, week in, week out.
Right now, some of our crew members can’t go out on collection rounds because they’ve been notified by the NHS Covid app to self-isolate.
That means we’re under more pressure than usual.
We’re always looking for solutions to problems like this, but currently there is a national shortage of temporary HGV drivers to fill the gaps.
Please bear with us and if we have missed your refuse, recycling, food waste, or garden waste collection, we will try and return as soon as we can.
For the latest updates and specific details, please refer to our missed collection page.
