This data shows details of the value of social housing assets within the Councils Housing Revenue Account using specified value bands and postal sectors.
The tenanted value of dwellings within the Housing Revenue Account is valued on the basis of Existing Use Value – Social Housing, which is set at 35% of their Market Value to reflect their use as social housing.
