Consultation summary

The Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging (EDIEB) policy outlines our commitment to addressing inequalities and promoting EDIEB across all areas of our work. It outlines our approach in advancing equality in three priority areas: Community, Leadership and Organisational Commitment, and a Diverse and Engaged Workforce.  

The purpose of this public consultation is to understand what residents’ and community’s thoughts are on our new draft policy, and to seek feedback on whether anything is missing, or any changes are required.
