Short Term Commercial Events

This consent can cover a number of stalls/traders at a commercial event and may be granted if the following applies:

1. The trading stalls are part of an organised even with an organising group committee/individual

2. The event is no more than 7 days  

Application requirements

This application form must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Short Term Commerical Events Application Form
• Plan (where appropriate) showing the trading location for  the stalls
• Third party public liability insurance covering the whole event - if the event organiser has not arranged third party public liability insurance, we need to see third party public liability insurance held by each stall holder instead.
•  Proof of eligibility to work (National Insurance Details) for the event organiser only
•  Documentary evidence of the landowners permission (where necessary) to trade from their land
• Fee - Please see fees page for all street trading fees. 

Please email your documents to licensing@Stroud.gov.uk. The fee will depend on the number of days for the event and you can pay online below.
