NB -
If an applicant for a Club Gaming Permit or Club Machine Permit holds a Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003 they may apply as fast track (ie it has already been established when they applied for Club Premises Certificate that they are a bona fide Club). The application is fee is £100 and annual fee is £50 however the permit will continue to run whilst the Club Premises Certificate is in force (i.e. there is no renewal).
