Licensing panel meetings

Licensing Panels consider various licence applications and reviews of licences

These include

Licence applications under the Licensing Act 2003 where there have representations against the application
Reviews of licences granted under the Licensing Act 2003
Street trading consent applications where there have been objection
Applications for taxi and private hire licences where there are concerns about the suitability of the applicant or reviews of the suitability of existing licence holders

Licensing Panels are made up of 3 Members of Community Services and Licensing Committee.
