Sites included on the Call for Sites maps are being considered as part of the Local Plan process only.  No decisions have been made at this stage about where development may take place. Please note that inclusion on these maps:

• Does not mean that a site will be allocated in the Local Plan
• Does not grant planning permission
• Does not guarantee the site will be taken forward

All sites will be subject to a proportionate and transparent assessment, alongside other evidence and policy considerations, as the Local Plan develops.
