Statement: HRH The Duchess of Kent

Stroud District Council Chair Councillor Kate Kay has issued a statement on behalf of the Council following the death of Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Kent.

"We are deeply saddened to hear of the death of Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Kent, " said Councillor Kay. "Our thoughts are with the Royal family at this sad time.”
