A message from our Chair, Councillor Kate Kay, following the incident at the synagogue in Manchester.
“I wish to offer my thoughts and condolences to the victims and families of the terrible attack yesterday on the synagogue in Manchester.
I understand that this will have been a shock across the Stroud district, and particularly for Jewish members of our communities. On behalf of the Council we offer our full support and love.
We will be working with our partners and all of the wider community of Gloucestershire in the days and weeks ahead to provide reassurance, standing together against hate and discrimination in any form."
