Joint statement by St. Modwen Homes and Stroud District Council: “Stroud District Council and St. Modwen Homes continue to work together with partners and key stakeholders to progress the Brimscombe Port development.
"A public consultation is expected by the end of 2024, prior to finalising the detailed planning application. We look forward to engaging with the local community as we work to deliver much-needed homes and a new community at Brimscombe Port.”
