Involvement Groups

We have developed our tenant involvement groups to give residents a stronger voice in the services we provide. These groups were created to ensure tenants have meaningful opportunities to share their experiences and help shape the way we work.

By getting involved, you can share your views, suggest improvements and help influence decisions that affect your homes and communities. We offer a range of involvement opportunities, from low to high levels of commitment, to suit different preferences and availability. This flexible approach is designed to meet the needs of our tenants and leaseholders, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to take part, regardless of other responsibilities.

To understand more about our Involvement Groups, please read the short overview of the groups below. If you would like to view the role profiles for each role, please click on the name of the group you are interested in.

Tenant Oversight Panel (TOP) - The Tenant Oversight Panel gives residents a direct role in shaping and improving housing services. It is an opportunity for tenants to work with us to review performance, influence decision-making, and ensure services meet the needs of our communities. We are currently in the process of re shaping this group and employing new members to help improve our services.

Tenant Action Group (TAG) - Have your say on the services that matter to you. Join other tenants, leaseholders, and housing staff in reviewing our services, sharing ideas, and helping drive positive change. No previous experience is needed, as full training will be provided. Flexible in-person meetings make it easy to get involved.

Estate Champions (EC)Estate Champions play a key role in improving the areas where our residents live by regularly checking grounds maintenance and communal cleaning within their estate or street. As part of the role, Estate Champions tell us their findings to help monitor standards and act where needed.
