The Litter Pickers for Little Pickers school deliveries have been hotting up this week…literally!

I’ve visited another 17 schools across the district, delivering 462 litter pickers, 289 books, storage bins and certificates. The equipment is already having an impact. So many lovely stories about how the children are getting involved in activities and how the equipment is contributing to Eco-School status and school Climate Action Plans.

This builds on the 20 schools I’ve already visited, where a further 340 books and 620 litter pickers have been delivered.

That’s 37 schools, 1,082 litter pickers and 629 books in 17 days. Only 8 more schools to go!
