Proposal: New street trading application for a cake shed on wheels in a private garden

• Description of Articles Sold:  Variety of freshly baked cakes and bakes, specialising in the gluten free diet. It will include individually packaged brownie slices, cupcakes, shortbread, cookies etc.
• Trading Times: Friday 12pm to 6pm, Saturday 11am to 7pm, Sunday 12pm to 6pm
• Unit Type: Cake shed on wheels 65cm x 46cm
• Operation: The street trading unit will be a small wooden garden shed, that will be on wheels, so that it can be put away when it is not in use. The cake shed will operate as self-service, where customers can select what they would like to buy and make payment via BACS or depositing the money in a secure cash box.
