Notice is given that an application under Section 51 of the Licensing Act 2003 had been received by Stroud District Council for a Review of the Premises Licence for the premises below:

Licensing Act 2003 objective of Prevention of Crime and Disorder The review application states that the ‘landlord and landlady’ of the Fleece Inn have not taken seriously, or taken any steps to address, incidents involving criminal activity reported to the Police over the previous two years. The review applicant states that these incidents involved threats with menaces and harassment /intimidation by patrons at the Fleece Inn against other patrons at the Fleece Inn. It is claimed that the ‘landlords’ have displayed poor management, lack of neutrality, and lack of duty of care. |

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
