The variation is to extend the licensed area to include the ground floor ‘Undercroft’ and remove the following conditions from Annex 2 of the premises licence:

- The maximum permitted number of persons to be admitted to any public performance shall not exceed 110 (One Hundred and Ten), all of whom shall be seated.
There are no changes to the current permitted hours for the upstairs hall. All activities for the upstairs hall end at 00:00 except sale of alcohol at 23:00.
The proposed hours for the Undercroft have an earlier end time of 22:30, as below:

• Performance of Dance - Every Day 09:00 - 22:30
