NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF OPEN SPACE LAND:

  1. VARIOUS PLOTS IN HARDWICKE
  2. LAND AT KINGSDOWN, DURSLEY
  3. ALBERT ROAD PLAYING FIELD, BRIMSCOMBE

 

1. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF MULTIPLE AREAS OF OPEN SPACE LAND AT HARDWICKE, GLOUCESTER

Stroud District Council intends to dispose of various plots of open space at Hardwicke by transferring them to Hardwicke Parish Council.  Before doing this, and to give time for objections, Stroud District Council gives this public notice in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972 section 123(2A).

The sites vary in size and include recreation land, formal and informal play areas, verges and amenity areas.

2. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF LAND AT KINGSDOWN, DURSLEY

Stroud District Council intends to dispose of land at Kingsdown, Dursley by public sale.  Before doing this, and to give time for objections, Stroud District Council gives this public notice in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972 section 123(2A).
