These are examples of changes we would need to know about below. You must supply proof of these changes, with exact date(s), where applicable and you will be able to upload documents in the form for that purpose.
Please note you must tell the Benefits department directly about changes in your circumstances. It is not enough to tell another Council department and/or Government Agency and expect them to pass on information.
Report changes of circumstances
If you are on UC you only need to tell us about the examples marked with an asterisk (*) as UC tells us your income.
Otherwise all of the change examples below apply.
