Stories from a Field

Friday, August 5, 2022

We would like to invite you to hear the 'Stories from a Field'.

This family focused event takes place in the field next to Fromebridge Mill on Friday 5th August, between 10am and 4pm.
The event is being hosted by Cotswold Canals Connected partners Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust (GWT), Stroudwater Navigation Archive Charity (SNAC) and Stroud Valleys Project (SVP).

The day will involve various nature and heritage based activities at different stalls, that tell the story of the field. The activities include willow weaving, a wildflower scavenger hunt, mammal skull identification and lots more!

Free parking is available on-site at the Fromebridge Mill pub. The walk from the car park to the field is on a flat unmade path which may not be ideal for some pedestrians. The weather will also affect the ground conditions which is important to consider.

To book a place, please register by clicking the 'Stories from a Field Website' button and selecting your time slot.

We hope to see you there!
