Magical Tales for a Winter’s Afternoon: Giants and Sea Monsters, Fairies and Folk!

Sunday, December 18, 2022

As midwinter approaches, what could be better than gathering together to listen to magical tales from long ago? Storytellers Anthony Nanson and Kirsty Hartsiotis return to the museum to tell some of the enchanting stories in their new book Gloucestershire Folk Tales for Children. Will you meet a giant or two? Or find out how the owl came to be? There may be sea monsters or fairies. And maybe a cat and a hare. You’ll have to come along to this special event to find out!

For families with children aged 5+ (young-at-heart adults welcome too!)

Tickets: £7 adults, £5 children (Museum members £3 per person).
To book call 01453 763394.
