Discover the glory of 'The Garden at Miserden' (Historic Houses Garden of the Year 2018) with writer and broadcaster Tony Russell, Thursday 26th July 2018.

The day begins with coffee at 11am and an illustrated feature lecture by Tony on The History of English Gardens. Next guests will be treated to a delicious lunch, followed by a tour of the garden in the company of Tony. The day will come to a close with afternoon tea, including homemade cake and a complimentary signed copy of Tony's book.

In 1989 Tony Russell was appointed Head Forester at Westonbirt Arboretum, one of the finest collections of trees and shrubs in the temperate world. He was responsible for the conservation of its many rare and endangered species. Tony is now widely regarded as one of Britain's leading authorities on trees and shrubs and has presented many gardening, horticultural and countryside programs for both TV and radio.
