Burns Night Black Tie Dinner

Friday, January 26, 2018

Don your best tartan and raise a toast to Scotland's national bard at our exclusive Burns Night Black Tie event on Friday 26th January at Highgrove.

Traditional Scottish fayre!

On arrival you’ll enjoy Highgrove Champagne served with canapés in the Ante Room, where the walls are adorned with The Prince of Wales’s original artworks. Classic Scottish traditions will follow with your four-course dinner, including the piping of the haggis. Enjoy dishes such as roasted fillet of beef and ‘haggis, neeps and tatties’ in a crispy parcel, with roasted Duchy vegetables and a whisky and mustard cream sauce. The evening at a glance...

It’s no secret that the Scottish legend himself, Robert Burns, was a fan of a good tune and the occasional dance, so before desserts are served a traditional group of Scottish dancers are set to delight the crowd and provide a lively accompaniment to the evenings proceedings. After enjoying the best of Scottish fayre, guests will be able to bid on luxury prizes in a silent auction before the evening draws to a close, raising further funds for the Prince of Wales’s Charitable Foundation.

The Programme:
7.00pm – Arrive at Highgrove for Champagne and canapés served in the Ante Room
7.45pm – Seated for four-course dinner with entertainment from traditional Scottish dancers
10.00pm – Coffee poured and silent auction begins
10.45pm – Guests depart
