Payment system upgradeWe've upgraded our payment system to ensure it meets current web accessibility standards. The new system makes it easier to pay from a mobile device, and you can pay for multiple services for quicker and easier transactions.
Setting up a Direct Debit payment is the safest and most convenient way to pay. You can cancel a direct debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society.
It takes just a few minutes to set up, there are safeguards built in to protect you and it's the only method of payment where you can choose from the following payment dates: 1, 8, 15, 22, or 28 of each month.

Alternatively, please have your Council Tax account reference and bank details ready (branch sort code and account number) and ring us on 01453 766321. We are open Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.00pm and Fridays 8.45am to 4.30pm. ***Please note that during this busy time there may be a delay in answering your call***

Pay in person
You can make your payment in cash, card or cheque. You will need to have your account reference number with you. Automatic receipts are provided for the payment(s) you have made.
The kiosk is located in the reception area at Ebley Mill and is open 8.45 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45 - 4.30 pm on Fridays.
