Win £3,000

There’s no better time to play Lucky Severn Community Lottery than this festive season, as players could win a £3,000 cash bonus, as well as a £25,000 jackpot.

Every ticket bought before 23 December will have a chance of winning the extra £3,000 prize, as well as the usual jackpot and other weekly prizes, all for just £1 a week.

The Lucky Severn Lottery has raised thousands of pounds for more than 94 Stroud district good causes including The Nelson Trust, Cotswold Canals Trust and Severn View Food Project CIC.

50p of each £1 ticket is paid directly to the cause a player chooses to support with an additional 10p going to other good causes in the Stroud district. There are currently more than 703 weekly players and their tickets have raised £40,029 annually for local causes.

Cllr Catherine Braun, Stroud District Council Leader said: “The lottery supports the aims of our Council Plan to help communities and build resilience through community-led networks. Buying a weekly ticket to the Lucky Severn Community Lottery can make a huge difference to local causes in our district.”

Cllr Natalie Bennett, Stroud District Council Deputy Leader said: “It’s fantastic that the Lucky Severn Lottery has raised so much money for good causes in the district. You’re not only helping not-for-profit organisations, but you can be in with a chance of winning great prizes, like this £3,000 Christmas cash bonus.”

With the new Super Draw, you can also buy extra tickets to “top-up” for Super Draw week – or if you don’t want weekly tickets, you can buy tickets just for the Super Draw.

If you represent a community group, you can apply to join Lucky Severn at any time. It’s free to register and participants receive personalised marketing materials and support, a page on the Lucky Severn Community Lottery website, and 50p of every £1 your supporters spend.
