Enjoy a free fitness class at the Pulse on National Fitness Day

Published: Friday, 20 September, 2019

The Pulse in Dursley has scheduled a bumper programme of taster classes to celebrate National Fitness Day on Wednesday, 25 September.

The 30 minute classes will take place throughout the day from 7am to 9pm to ensure as many people as possible will be able to take part.

The programme includes beginners fitness, hula-hoop conditioning, 80’s aerobics and PiYo among others.

‘This is a great opportunity for people to try a new type of exercise,’ said The Pulse manager Ange Gillingham. ‘There are 25 classes running on Wednesday including several beginners classes so there’s bound to be something for everyone, whatever their current state of fitness.’

Each of the taster classes is free, but booking is recommended as classes are limited in size.

The full programme of events can be viewed here https://www.pulsedursley.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/National-fitness-day.pdf
