Tenants online

You will hopefully have read the summer edition of Keynotes, which included an article on how we are saying goodbye to the current Tenants Online self-service system.  If you didn’t, we would like to let you know that the service is now offline and is currently unavailable. This is due to it being rebuilt in conjunction with the upgrade of Tenant Services' Housing Management System.

That’s the bad news; the good news is that we will be launching a new and much improved Housing Online self-service system. This is a brand-new digital service which will enable customers to access a range of services and information, including:

  • Viewing rent (and other) account information, including the ability to pay.
  • Viewing details of repairs and logging new repair requests associated with your property and communal areas, including the ability to book appointments.
  • Completing application forms.
  • Making general customer service requests, such as reporting anti-social behaviour, requesting forms etc., ability to view and upload documents, view personalised messages and complete surveys.

Once Housing Online is up and running, you will be able to:

  • Access services at any time of day, on any device, including a tablet, mobile phone or PC.
  • Log on to your Housing Online account using a Facebook profile.

In the meantime, there are a number of alternative contact methods you can use to contact us if you need to discuss your rent account or repairs history:
