Repairs and maintenance
Our repair and maintenance service 'Property Care', is carried out by a directly employed workforce.
This includes our gas heating and servicing team.
We continue to use contractors for some specialist work.
If you home needs repair work you must report it immediately. We will carry out most of the repairs but some are your responsibility – please refer to the repairs rights and responsibilities checklist.
