We will treat all residents politely, fairly and professionally.
In addition to repairs, neighbourhood and income management officers, Tenant Services employs contractors to carry out the majority of repairs and maintenance work on SDC properties. When a member of staff or contractor visits you at home please remember to ask to see their ID card.
