The repairs and planned maintenance contract is delivered by Mears Group Ltd in the South and NKS Contracts Central Ltd in the North of the district.
We know that keeping your home in good working order is important to all our tenants. We work in partnership with our contractors to fix your repairs as quickly as possible to a high standard.
It is our responsibility, as a landlord, to make sure that you are safe in your home and that our gas appliances are fit for purpose.
We aim for 100% of our properties have a valid Landlords Gas Safety Record (LGSR) at any time in the year.
We service all our properties on a 10 month cycle and to do this a heating engineer will need to access your property and be allowed in.
As a tenant it is your responsibility to allow our engineer access to your home, to keep appointments that are made for servicing, or contact us to rearrange an appointment that you cannot keep.

You wouldn't let your car go years without a service and the same should be true for your home. Our contracts team are working hard to bring all our homes up to a decent standard. You've told us that we also need to look at:
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Building new homes
We will make sure all properties meet the decent homes standard.
