Healthy Lifestyles #Stayinworkout Classes (Convid-19 Offer)
The aim of the Healthy Lifestyles Scheme is to support people to be more active in a safe way to benefit both their physical and mental health. With the current pandemic we have been looking at ways to support you during this time and enable people to exercise safely at home.
Our Healthy Lifestyles Instructors will be offering a timetable of classes taught via Zoom for FREE that you can participate in from the comfort of your living room.

|Family Fitness||Tuesday||Sophie||This class is for the whole family with kids being aged 4+. It’s a body weight class for all abilities, focusing on keeping everyone active and moving. No equipment needed|
|This Girl Can Fitness Class||Thursday||Sophie||This class is for girls aged 11-15 years old. This class is for all fitness abilities. It will focus on how to use body weight exercises to improve fitness levels and also work all muscle groups including the core.|
|Rehab Tai Chi||Friday||Sherrie||Slow controlled movements that are suitable for all abilities as can be performed in sitting or standing. The movements will address the key components of fitness. Muscle strength, Flexibility, Balance, Oxygen flow. These movements can also help to encourage people to breathe slowly and deeply which can help to relieve stress and anxiety.|
|Move it or Lose it!||Monday||Geraldine||If you are 60+ and looking to start your exercise journey, then this class is a great one to start with. Turn back the clock with this fun and friendly class that will improve your balance and confidence, mobility and flexibility, strength and independence. Chairs are provided and are part of the workout if you need them.|
