Tai Chi for Balance and Wellbeing Classes
Tai Chi combines safe & effective exercises for the health of the body & mind and consists of controlled flowing movements & breathing. These movements can have various health benefits such as increased range of movement, muscular strength & stability which are essential for normal physical function in our daily lives. By focusing on our breathing we can improve lung function, circulation and exercise capacity which can help to alleviate symptoms of stress & anxiety and lead to a better health related quality of life.
Who can participate?
Anyone who feels the classes could benefit them are eligible to attend. You will be required to have a complete a PAR-Q to participate in the classes.
