About Mummy & Me
Mummy & Me classes allow you to exercise and bring your baby/child along too.
The classes aim to help you to feel healthier in your mind and body, bond with your baby/child and find support and friendship.
Little ones can chill in the room’s ‘baby/child zone’ where play gyms and toys are provided or you can lift and stretch with your baby as part of each exercise.

Who can participate?
Mummy & Me is suitable for mums who :
- Are 6 –8 weeks post delivery
- Have been signed off by their GP / Midwife / Health visitor
- Have a little one between 6 weeks and 2 years old
If you have more than one child under two, please talk to us. Safety permitting we will try to accommodate you all together but there must be a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children at all times.
What do I wear?
When attending an exercise session please wear loose comfortable clothes, trainers and a good supportive bra.
Postnatal Ladies: If you can it is best to feed your baby before the session starts. However if you need to stop to feed or comfort your little one, that is absolutely fine.
