Health and Wellbeing Partnerships

Know Your Patch (Stroud) is a networking partnership supported by Adult Social Care to connect front line services with useful voluntary sectors organisations.

In Stroud the network is co-hosted by GL11 Community Hub and Stroud District Council. We meet quarterly at Forest Green Rovers in their fabulous conference suite.

The sessions offer:

-  structured efficient networking so you meet as many relevant contacts as you can in one place.

- relevant local information about services or projects

- training on supporting effective behaviour change

To join the Know Your Patch network contact GL11 Community Hub on annalisasolla@gl11.org.uk

Meeting dates for 2020 are April, July, October - dates to be confirmed.

Other KNP network meeting details for around the County can be found at www.knowyourpatch.co.uk.

The Stroud District Health and Wellbeing Partnership is a forum for any person or organisation with an interest in health and wellbeing in the Stroud District. We meet quarterly at Ebley Mill to share information and keep up to date on health developments and partnership opportunities. Each meeting has a theme so relevant partners can attend and have useful in depth discussions.

We have more than 190 members on our mailing list and circulate useful information every week. Even if you cannot attend our meetings, you may find joining our mailing list useful.

To join email emma.keatingclark@stroud.gov.uk.

Meetings dates for 2020 are March, June, September, November - dates to be confirmed

We usually meet at Ebley Mill, SDC but may vary this year so please check before travelling.
