Stroud District Council’s office at Ebley Mill is now closed.

If you normally pay your bills at Ebley Mill you should now make your payments online, or by using our 24 hour automated payments line 0300 4560510.
The elections scheduled for 7 May, to elect district councillors, parish and town councillors and the Police and Crime Commissioner have been postponed for 12 months. Those in post will continue until the re-scheduled elections in May 2021.
Due to the current situation we are having to prioritise our housing advice service to respond to contacts from those who are currently homeless/imminently threatened with homelessness only.
If you attempt to contact us in relation to your Homeseekerplus application, banding decisions, or you require general housing advice there is likely to be a substantial delay in response. Up-to-date information will be made available at Homeseekerplus.co.uk and the ‘Help’ section may provide you with answers to any queries you may have.

Taxis and Private Hire Licensing
Enforcement of parking charges is being temporarily suspended in Stroud District Council-owned car parks. This is to help drivers needing to make essential trips.

All meetings, workshops and events at Ebley Mill have been cancelled until further notice.
For the foreseeable future, there will be some restrictions and possible delays to our planning service.
We will not be undertaking office or site meetings until further notice and all pre-application submissions will dealt with as a desk-based assessment.
All letters, pre-application submissions and applications should be submitted electronically, either via the planning portal https://www.planningportal.co.uk/applications or by email. Comments on planning applications are best submitted via Public Access, which is easily accessible via our website
