Healthy Lifestyles Classes
The Healthy Lifestyles Scheme delivers physical activity across the district in partnership with health professionals and instructors specially qualified to work with certain conditions. Our aim is to support people to be more active in a safe way to benefit both their physical and mental health.
The activities are a great chance to socialise with other people living with similar conditions. Many groups enjoy tea and coffee time together after the sessions.
We deliver in venues next to bus routes as much as possible so driving is not necessary.
