Stroud District Council have a number of plans that impact on the health and wellbeing of our residents.
Health and Wellbeing Partnerships
We have two productive and well attended wellbeing partnerships in Stroud District - Know Your Patch and the Stroud District Health & Wellbeing Partnership. Both meet quarterly and have very active mailing lists for information exchange.
Our Careline system is a way of getting help through your telephone system quickly and efficiently 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Every year Public Health England publish statistics on the nation's health. Data for each district is compared with Gloucestershire and English national statistics.
Active for Life - Equipment Loan Scheme
The Active for Life adapted sports equipment can be used to increased Mobility, coordination, mental health, wellbeing and increased social activity. This might be particular helpful in care settings or community groups aimed at older people. All of the equipment can be used sitting or standing and it easy to set up
